Young Men's Leadership Summit is a transformative, one-day summit that will educate adolescent males--freshman through juniors in high school--about what it truly means to be a male leader in today's society.

Former NFL Colts defensive back Rod Brooks will help kick-off the day with an inspirational speech on his personal experiences and male empowerment, and over lunch current NFL Colts offensive lineman Joe Reitz will participate in a Q&A session moderated by Darrin Gray of All Pro Dad, national fatherhood program launched in part by Tony Dungy; Dungy is national spokesperson for All Pro Dad.

Three engaging and interactive breakout sessions will also take place throughout the day and promise to help build character and responsibility with the young men in attendance. Sessions will cover the topics of gender equality, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, bystander intervention and ramifications of sexting and cyber abuse.

Additional special guest appearances will be sure to motivate and inspire all in attendance, and giveaways, contests and summit bags loaded with prizes will add even more fun to the day.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided; ample parking for school buses is available.
